Return & Exchange Period
You can return or exchange most items within 30 days after delivery.
Condition of Returned Items
Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and include all original tags and packaging. Returns not meeting these conditions may be refused.
Return & Exchange Process
- Contact us at [email protected] to get a return authorization before sending anything back.
- Ship the item back following the instructions we provide.
- Once we receive the item and confirm its condition, we will process your refund or exchange.
Refund Method & Timing
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-15 business days after we receive and approve the return. If you don’t see your refund after 30 days, please contact us.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. For exchanges, you pay to send the item back; we cover shipping to send your replacement.
Order Cancellation
- Cancel within 24 hours of order for a full refund.
- Cancel after 24 hours but before shipping? We charge a 15% cancellation fee.
- Orders already shipped cannot be canceled; please request a return.
